Where is my travel product?
In order for a travel product to properly appear in the Preferred Supplier guide and for it to be available to associate with offers and media it MUST meet the following criteria:
- The supplier MUST exist in Sugar. If it does not, please contact the supplier manager to get it added
- The supplier MUST have a valid contract in Sugar.
- The contract must be associated with your division (i.e. Travelsavers US, NEST, Travelsavers CA, etc...)
- The contract must have valid start and end dates
- There MUST be a corresponding travel product in Umbraco Back Office and it must be valid (ie published).
- The travel product in Umbraco MUST be associated to the supplier in Sugar
If you have gone through all of the steps above and are certain everything is correctly setup, then please
all published travel products that DO NOT have a sugar supplier associated with them. These ‘products’ are treated like a ‘supplier’ to the end user on the ops man page… when they click on a travel product, they will see specific information that Malia has a template for. If a travel product has been associated with a sugar supplier in Umbraco Back Office… then when the user clicks on the supplier, there will be an additional tab called ‘products” where the list of products associated with the supplier will be displayed (in the same template). A supplier can have 0 to many products associated with them.
