Valid Hotel Rules

From the ATC import documentation (which they both have and I have sent this snippet before too):

To be considered a valid hotel (ATC or TS Hotel program... used for invoicing, reporting, etc...)
- Must be in Sugar
- Must be assigned to a active/valid supplier contract
- Must have a hotel year of this year
- Have a valid Sabre Property Code (must use actual Sabre ID for images to be pulled automatically, but if you can't find the Sabre ID the use 7 digit phone of hotel to get it to load)

Then... Minimum field requirements for Umbraco/Sugar sync (so it can be displayed on a website)
- Name
- Hotel Type (Resort, Villa, City, Boutique)
- City (city must exist in Umbraco)
- Country (country must exist in Umbraco)
- Booking Instructions (i.e. "Use Affluent Traveler Rate Code: TSX")
- Program (“ATC Exclusive Amenities”, “IHG Lifestyle Collection”, “IHG Luxury Collection”, “Luminous”, “Marriott Accolades”, “Marriott Stars”, “NH Collection”)
