Overview
This is regarding the ops man page and how/why you may or may not see a supplier and/or travel product… and how you can verify the data is setup correctly before asking IT to fix something. It’s likely it is not setup correctly. There is also a chance I missed something bigger in the migration to sugar and you can help me identify this.
- Suppliers and their contracts are stored in Sugar (https://crm.americanmarketinggroup.com/)
- We are keeping the content (aka fluff) in Umbraco Back Office (https://backoffice.americanmarketinggroup.com/umbraco)
- The content in the Umbraco Back Office… MUST be attached to a sugar supplier. The name in Umbraco and name in Sugar may not always be the same.
- Please check Sugar first for a particular supplier, then go to Umbraco Back Office and find a corresponding supplier that has the Sugar Supplier associated with it. The content must be published and valid and for the correct 'content type' (atc, travelsavers) and for the correct localisation (us/ca/fr).
