Folder Data.... folder Articles.   right click and create. 

Article is basically same as it was previously.   

The Article Type(s) drives where it's displayed

Division.   What division does this article belong to.  

Access.   is for who can see it.   Consumer (public website) or Agent (site that requires a log in)

Program.   If this is for a particular program (DDW, Travel Club) then it will be displayed ONLY for those sites designated for that program.  


For the Valid From and Valid To Dates.... 

in the bottom right is the 'Save and Publish' green button.  if you click on the up arrow on the right side of this button, you will see an option for 'Schedule'.  

valid from = Publish At
valid to = Unpublish At

if you don't schedule anything... the article is valid forever or until unpublished.   Most of what we display, should have some business rules to show the top 10 most recent or something like that... where showing the most up to date content happens and the rest falls off and not displayed, even if still valid.... but some areas may not behave like that or have those rules, so this would be needed.
